If you haven’t received your login credentials within 3 working days of signing up, we kindly ask that you check your spam/junk folder. If assistance is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us!

We will do our best to set up your accounts right away and email you your login details. Please be aware that login credentials are not automatically generated and are tended to within our working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. So, if you haven’t heard from us straight away don’t panic! We can assure you they’re coming your way.

Kindly note that your login credentials may have been sent to your spam folder. Please contact us if your login credentials cannot be found in your inbox or spam folder.

Site Owner – You are the owner of the workshop/garage. You may be in control of your teams subscription, but may not necessarily need a subscription yourself.

Site Manager – You may be in charge of the subscription and may also need a subscription yourself to maintain your own WoF Authority and oversee your team.

Vehicle Inspector – You are an employee needing a subscription to partake in maintaining your WoF Authority. You will report to a manager or owner.

No. If you wish to add more team members at a later date simply fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form and select ‘Add User(s)’ and we’ll sort the rest.

No stress! Simply get in contact with us via the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will make the necessary changes. We may get in touch with you to confirm further details if needed.

No. This is a web based Learning Management System, which means all you need is a Wifi connection and you’ll be good to go.

Within the Learning Management System you will find further FAQs under the ‘Help’ menu item. This might help answer more specific questions that you may have. If your issue still hasn’t been resolved, please get in contact with us through our ‘Contact Us’ page and we’ll get right back to you.

Payment will be processed once you have provided us your payment details. We will then set up your account and send your credentials to you. From there you will be charged once a month for every subscription you hold under your organisation. If you wish to add a user at a later date, the individuals payment will be pro rata to bring them up to your monthly payment cycle.

Of course! Our team are ready and available to help you. All you need to do is fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form for any general enquiries, modifications to your subscription or LMS specific issues and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

No, you do not have to sign up to a long-term contract. We offer a monthly fee to allow you flexibility and ease.

Yes you can. If you would like to add more users to your subscription, all you need to do is fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form and select ‘Add User(s)’ and we’ll be in contact with you to sort the rest.

Yes you can. If you would like to remove users from your subscription, all you need to do is fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form and select ‘Remove User(s)’ and we’ll sort the rest.

You will need to provide us a minimum notice of three (3) working days if you wish to cancel your subscription. Simply fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form and select ‘Cancel Subscription’. Since you are on a pay monthly basis you will be required to pay up to the end of your month period. This means you will still have access to the LMS until your period is complete.

No mobile app is needed as this is a web based system. But, it is responsive meaning you can use it on any device with ease! So all you’ll be needing is a Wifi connection and you’ll be good to go.

Christmas Closure
