Notification and reminders of
VIRM Updates
Previously known as Technical Updates, easily keep on-top of VIRM changes and be notified when a new update is released. This means you are made aware of the right information when you need it.
Stay up to date with
Refresher Training
Instead of leaving the workplace, receive six refresher modules spaced over a year, focusing on key aspects relevant to your work. This programme has been broken down to three core sections:
Refresher
This includes information from one of the 13 subject areas in the General Vehicles In-service Certification VIRM.
Knowledge Check
A knowledge check is provided to test your knowledge on the subject area and how well you are able to navigate the VIRM.
Practical Assessment
The final part is demonstrating that you can apply your learning/refreshed knowledge in the workspace by completing a practical inspection.
Test yourself with
VIRM Questionnaires
Alongside our refresher training programme we have also provided practice VIRM Questionnaires. This consists of 15 questions which are drawn at random from a bank of nearly 250 questions and 13 subject areas. This is great for ongoing learning or for staff wishing to gain their WoF Authority and test how well you can navigate the VIRM.
Put learning into practice with
Practical Assessments
Through our Practical Assessment feature, you will be able to complete physical observations and self-assessments based on the sections of the VIRM. This is a good way to demonstrate competence and implementing your learnings into your job.
